Dr Janire Riobello first graduated in Translation and Interpreting in Spain, to later make an early career change and specialize in Sustainable Development at the University of Milan. Particularly interested in migration and asylum, through her master’s thesis she developed a human rights-based approach to human trafficking and is now conducting a research project on LGBTQIA+ refugees at Safe Place International. In addition, her passion in environmental protection and impact investing has also led her to expanding her career on sustainability by working as a Business Developer for Seeds Renewables. Thanks to her multiple international experiences, Janire is fluent in Spanish, Basque, English, German, and Italian.
